RECOMMENDATION: Approve Senior Citizens Advisory Commission Meeting minutes of October 8, 2025. 2 GUEST SPEAKER POLICE OFFICER CANDLAND AND POLICE CAPTAIN TILLMON HENDERSON POLICE DEPARTMENT PRESENTATION PARKS AND RECREATION AND HENDERSON POLICE DEPARTMENT For Information and Discussion Only Police Officer Sterling Candland and Police Captain Haven Tillmon, with the Henderson Police Department, will present on Holiday Safety, Crime Stats and when to call 311 versus 911. Senior Citizens Advisory Commission Meeting Page 3 of 4 Wednesday, November 12, 2025 - Agenda 3 NUTRITION SERVICES PRESENTATION PARKS AND RECREATION For Information and Discussion Only Danielle Norris, Parks and Recreation Manager, will provide an update on the Heritage Park Senior Facility Meadows Cafe Catering, the Holiday Dessert Assortment, upcoming holiday meals for seniors, and the Fourth Annual Meals on Wheels Angel Tree Program. 4 AUTHORIZE PARTICIPATION BY SENIOR CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMISSION MEMBERS AT UPCOMING EVENTS FROM OCTOBER TO NOVEMBER 2025. PARKS AND RECREATION For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Commission members will discuss and approve whether Commissioners may officially attend or participate in upcoming community programs or events as a representative of the Commission for October and November 2025. 5 SENIOR AUXILIARY PRESENTATION PARKS AND RECREATION For Information and Discussion Only Henderson Senior Auxiliary will give a report on the activities of the organization. 6 STAFF REPORT PARKS AND RECREATION For Information and Discussion Only RECOMMENDATION: N/A Parks and Recreation staff will give an update on recent events at the Heritage Park Senior Facility and the Downtown Senior Center. Senior Citizens Advisory Commission Meeting Page 4 of 4 Wednesday, November 12, 2025 - Agenda VI.
