RECOMMENDATION: Accept Assignment and delegation for a Fentanyl Outreach Campaign agreement, dated July 17, 2025, from the Purdue Marion & Associates to The PMA Agency, LLC; The PMA Agency LLC's acceptance of that assignment; and the City of Henderson's consent to that assignment. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Apportionment of surplus funds for Local Improvement District (LID) T-17 (Madeira Canyon) for refund to property owners. Strategic Priority: Healthy, Livable, Sustainable City 6 AGREEMENT EQUIPMENT AND MONITORING SERVICES SCRAM OF NEVADA FUNDING SOURCE: POLICE DEPARTMENT CMTS NUMBER(S): 27452 POLICE DEPARTMENT For Possible Action. RECOMMENDATION: Approve Agreement between the City of Henderson (City) and SCRAM of Nevada (SCRAM) to provide equipment and monitoring services for probationary citizens with access to, and use of, City Space from the date of the fully executed Contract until November 30, 2026, with three (3) one-year renewal options.
