Patsy DuPre seconded. All in favor PUBLIC COMMENT – no public comment APPROVAL OF AGENDA – Heang Uy made a motion to approve, Patsy DuPre seconded. All in favor. TEAM & STAFF REPORTS -Downtown Team Updates – February 2025- updates were included in the agenda packet and reviewed by staff. NEW BUSINESS Board Meeting Procedures was added to the agenda at request of Phil Wilmot. Discussion was related to decorum and management of discussion regarding Roberts Rules of Order. Additional note that if items are added to the agenda we should set an agreed upon time limit.
