CALL TO ORDER In attendance: Linda Dipaola, Matthew Hickman, Patsy DuPre, Caroline Gunther, Michele Sparks Also present: Elizabeth Queen 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. October Community Character Meeting Minutes Matthew Hickman made a motion to approve. Patsy DuPre seconded. Caroline, Michele, Linda, Matthew and Patsy voted to approve. 3. OLD BUSINESS 1. Revisiting 7th Avenue Branding February - March - Scheduling interviews with consultants Summer - engage with consultants, public meetings, input at events (Farmers Market) Finalists - https://hvlncgov- my.sharepoint.com/:f:/g/personal/jcarpenter_hvlnc_gov/EmQigGuNZYxJq- hSoZ91oiQBtdwU5OwES99wujU2C12vmQ?e=OuIk4j J. Carpenter updated that the 7th Avenue Visioning will be coming back around with interviews in March and selection in April. 4. NEW BUSINESS 1. Sidewalk Mural Expansion Proposal Elizabeth Queen presented on recommended updates to the sidewalk mural to connect between the Good of the Hive mural and the sidewalks on 5th Avenue. The committee discussed that a lower maintenance mural without a solid background would be more suitable for this project. 5. OTHER BUSINESS 6.
