5. Signing Mayors Monarch Pledge - Lyndsey Simpson, Councilwoman
a) With special guests: kids who participated in the Symbolic Monarch Migration

SUBCOMMITTEE UPDATES
6. Sustainability Planning - Caroline Beamer, Subcommittee Chairperson
7. Bee City - Will Garvey, board member
Officially Resides in Bullington Gardens. Their first meeting is set for Monday 3/21/22.
8. Recycling and Plastics, Working to be Plastic Free campaign - Geri Conley, board member
Two more business have signed the working to be plastic free pledge- Flat Rock Bakery and
Two Guys.
Idea of implementing a voluntary plastic bag program.
9. City Council - Lyndsey Simson, Councilwoman
Voted to submit letters to council.
