Meeting called to order at 3:34pm All present APPROVAL OF AGENDA 2. Virginia motioned to approve first followed by Grady APPROVAL OF MINUTES 3. November 2023 meeting minutes Jill motioned to approve first followed by Grady OLD BUSINESS 4. Affordable Housing Committee (5 minutes) - Lyndsey Simpson, Mayor Pro-tem Councilwoman Simpson mentioned that an Affordable Housing Committee was approved at the last City Council meeting and they are now accepting committee members. 5. Approval of board tablecloth and t-shirts (5 minutes) - Caitlyn Gendusa, staff liaison Board members unanimously selected a tablecloth and banner option along with a t-shirt preference. NEW BUSINESS 6. FY25 board budget request discussion (55 minutes) - Caitlyn Gendusa, staff liaison General Comments: Caitlyn verifying how we can track number of visitors to Hendo Earth Fest / Caitlyn checking on information sign for Hendo Earth Fest / Caitlyn asking Stormwater Manager to provide key areas in community for stormwater restoration projects for proposed new board initiative / Board commented a member of the board should volunteer to be in charge of sustainability station. Virginia volunteered with Jill volunteering to maintain small pollinator raised bed. / Caitlyn will work on having Communications staff start advertising for Sustainability Hero Award. FY24 board budget discussion (25 minutes) - Caitlyn Gendusa, staff liaison At next board meeting members should come with ideas of what small community grants could be awarded to groups/organizations.
