CALL TO ORDER In attendance: Caroline Gunther, Linda Dipaola, Patsy DuPre, Michele Sparks 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. August Community Character Team Minutes Caroline made a motion to approve the minutes. Linda seconded. Patsy, Michele, Caroline and Linda approved the minutes. 3. OLD BUSINESS 1. Update on 7th Avenue Streetscape Jamie Carpenter gave an update on the 7th Avenue Streetscape. The job is going out to bid in September. 2. Sidewalk Mural Update Jamie Carpenter updated on the sidewalk murals and selections. 4. NEW BUSINESS 1. Facade Grant - Dugout Dennis Dunlap presented a facade grant proposal for the dugout. Patsy DuPre made a motion to approve. Caroline Gunther seconded. All were in favor to recommend the grant to the Downtown Advisory Board. 5. OTHER BUSINESS 6.
