APPROVAL OF MINUTES 4. NEW BUSINESS A. Welcome New Member - Ed Skvarch B. City Council Update 5. OLD BUSINESS A. Arbor Day Celebration Update: Hendersonville Elementary School is on board. Start time is dependent on the school schedule. One grade will participate with STEM teachers. Poster Contest with "Right Tree, Right Place" Theme and Prizes Plant Two Trees South of School across Bearcat Blvd. Mayor's Proclamation Possible conflict with Community Garden / Sullivan Stream Restoration Site Planting 4/25 9- 11:30 am. Board may need to split up. B. Bradford Pear Bounty Trees are scheduled to arrive Friday at lunchtime. The Grounds Maintenance Crews will set them out in the two bays. C. Tree Ordinance Committee Update - Matt Manly Planning Staff and Legal teams are reviewing proposed changes. 6. OTHER BUSINESS TREE BOARD – April 14, 2025 Page | 1  A. Staff Comments 1) Mist and Moss - Valerie Arca Starting in April taking care of the pollinator beds. 2) Tree Board Trees will be planted along Clear Creek Greenway. 3) Tree Board Funds will be used to treat Large Oaks at Mini Golf with soil amendments and an air spade. 7.
