BOARD OF ALDERMEN AGENDA

BOARD OF ALDERMEN MEETING ROOM
April 27, 2020, at 7:00 p.m.
In accordance with COVID - 19 CDC guidelines related to public social gatherings and social
distancing directives, only City officials and employees shall attend this meeting. The public
will not be admitted. To meet the Sunshine Law’s requirements, the meeting will be live
streamed on YouTube (City of Hermann, Missouri) and broadcast live on Mediacom Channel
13. A television will be provided in the Community Center where the meeting may be viewed
by up to 10 people. Additional locations for viewing may be added. The City thanks everyone
for their cooperation and understanding during this unprecedented pandemic.

8. CLOSED MEETING:
Notice is hereby given that, subject to a motion duly made and adopted, the
Board of Aldermen may hold a closed meeting for the purpose of discussions
related to negotiations for a contract pursuant to Section 610.021(12) Revised
Statutes of Missouri.
