Postponed pending property survey: Review and consider recommendation to rezone Lots 1-7 on the north block of West 14th Street, commencing at Market Street and continuing West to Hwy. 100/19. B. Review and consider recommendation of a proposed ordinance to amend Section 420.620 to require 6 foot side yards in R-1 and R-2 and 6 foot side and rear yards in R-3 for lots platted of record before July 1, 1998; to require 6 foot side and rear yards in R-3 for lots platted of record since July 1, 1998; and to delete Item D in Section 420.630 so that detached accessory buildings must comply with all yard requirements (there will be no exception for detached accessory buildings). C. Review and consider recommendation of a proposed ordinance to amend Section 420.010 to add the following to the definition of Accessory Building or Use: “Accessory buildings shall not be used as guest quarters for any lodging facility, including, but not limited to Guest Houses, Bed and Breakfast Inns, Bed and Breakfast Homes, Hotels and Motels.” Also, deleting from the definition of Bed and Breakfast Home the portion of the sentence that reads “that do not meet all applicable building codes” and deleting from the definition of Bed and Breakfast Inn the portion of the sentence that reads “that do not meet all applicable building codes.
