Consideration of the Draft Minutes from the Regular Meetings held October 20, 2015 and Tuesday, January 19, 2016 Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council approve the Draft Minutes from the Regular Meetings held October 20, 2015 and Tuesday, January 19, 2016. Warrant Run Report (City - Successor Agency - Housing Authority - Community Development Commission - Fire - Water) Recommended Action: City of Hesperia Page 3 Printed on 1/27/2016 City Council Meeting Agenda February 2, 2016 It is recommended that the Council/Board ratify the warrant run and payroll report for the City, Successor Agency to the Hesperia Community Redevelopment Agency, Hesperia Housing Authority, Community Development Commission, Fire District, and Water District. CDBG Economic Development Loan Program Agreement - Yo Yo Yogurt Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council (i) approve an Economic Development Loan Program (EDLP) Agreement (Agreement) by and between Yo Yo Yogurt (YYY), Harp Verma, guarantor located at 14920 Main Street and the City of Hesperia (City) in the amount of sixty-three thousand two hundred thirty-eight dollars ($63,238); (ii) authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City; (iii) make non-substantial amendments to the Agreement so long as the loan amount does not change; and (iv) authorize payment of $63,238 directly to Alpine for the purchase of yogurt machines on behalf of YYY. Parcel Map 19617 Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 2016-002 approving Parcel Map No. 19617 to create two parcels from an existing 2.5 gross acre parcel designated A1, located on the southwest corner of Eucalyptus Street and Eleventh Avenue (Francisco J. Security Services Contract for Mojave Corporate Yard and Civic Center Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council and Board of Directors of the Hesperia Water District authorize the City Manager to execute a new three (3) year Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Infinity National Services (INS) in the not-to-exceed amount of $223,433.
