California Public Finance Authority TEFRA Hearing - Pathways to College Charter School Recommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council Adopt Resolution No. 2017-042 to become an additional member of the California Public Finance Authority (CalPFA) and to approve the issuance of tax-exempt revenue bonds by the California Statewide Communities Development Authority in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $20 Million to assist in financing the construction of the Pathways to College Charter School.
