CITY OF HIALEAH ELECTED OFFICERS RETIREMENT OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE AGENDA August 2, 2021 A meeting of the Elected Officers Retirement Oversight Committee was called to order Monday, August 2, 2021, at 12:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers 1-Call to Order Roll Call: • Ines Beecher, OMB Director Present. • Marbelys Fatjo, City Clerk Present • Paul Hernandez, Council President Absent Also present: • Christopher Chiocca, Finance Director • Alan Krueger, Retired Litigation Attorney via conference call • Grisell Aedo, Retirement Director via conference call • Frank Wan, Vice President & Investment Advisor, Burgess Chambers & Associates, Inc. 2-Meeting Minutes of May 3, 2021 Ms. Beecher motioned to approve the minutes and Ms. Fatjo seconded the motion. The motion passed. 3-Quarterly Performance Report-Burgess Chambers & Associates Inc. Mr. Wan presented the quarterly performance report to the committee. Ms. Beecher motioned to move a transfer of funds of $850,000.00 to SunTrust and Ms. Fatjo seconded that motion. The motion passed. 4-Invoice Approval-Burgess Chamber & Associates Inc. Ms. Beecher motioned to approve two invoices for Burgess Chambers & Associates, Inc. for the first quarter and the second quarter and Ms. Fatjo seconded that motion. The motion passed. 5-Unfinished Business No unfinished business. 6-New Business GRS Assumption Study Due to Shelly Jones unavailability to present the assumption study, Ms. Beecher motioned to table this item and Ms. Fatjo seconded that motion. The motion passed.
