Moment of Silence Led by Mr. B. Williams after he spoke on his father, Robert
Williams, Jr., who passed away a week before this meeting took place.

MOTION by Mr. Martinez seconded by Mr. Rosengaus, as follows:
“To approve Normal Retirement of Item 2A, Annette Quintana,
Grants & Human Services/Police, 2B Roxana De Leon, Police
Records, and 2C, Margaret Daniels, Police.”
MOTION carried a 5-0-1 vote with B. Williams, Martinez, Ferrera,
Beautelus, and Rosengaus voting “Yes”.

Miller – Approval of Settlement. -By Board Attorney Stuart Kaufman
MOTION by Mr. Martinez seconded by Mr. Ferrera, as follows:
“To approve Miller Settlement.”

Beautelus, and Rosengaus voting “Yes”.

Retirement Benefit While Disability Application Pending.”
MOTION carried a 5-0-1 vote with B. Williams, Martinez, Ferrera,
Beautelus, and Rosengaus voting “Yes”.

Discussion and possible approval to pay annual membership dues to FPPTA in the
amount of $750.00 for renewal of the 2022 Yearly Active Membership
MOTION by Mr. Martinez seconded by Mr. Ferrera, as follows:
“To approve to pay annual membership dues to FPPTA in the
amount of $750.00 for renewal of the 2022 Yearly Active
Membership.”
MOTION carried a 5-0-1 vote with B. Williams, Martinez, Ferrera,
Beautelus, and Rosengaus voting “Yes”.

Request to pay the following invoices from Klausner, Kaufman, Jensen & Levinson:
A) For services rendered for October 2021 in the total amount of $3,692.23
B) Elton Dorsey (Police) disability case in the amount of $17,150.00
C) Jose Quintana (Police) disability case in the amount of $2,440.00
D) James Miller (Fire) pension case in the amount of $560.00
E) John Donahue (Fire) disability case in the amount of $622.26

MOTION by Mr. Martinez seconded by Mr. Rosengaus, as follows:
“To approve Item Retirement Board Minutes of Item 8A, October
19, 2021.”
MOTION carried a 5-0-1 vote with B. Williams, Martinez, Ferrera,
Beautelus, and Rosengaus voting “Yes”.
Schedule the next regular Retirement Board meeting for Tuesday December 14, 2021,
at 1:30 P.M., Council Chambers, 3rd Floor.
