Williams, Martinez, Ferrera, Beautelus, and Rosengaus voting “Yes”. Item 4 Administrative Rule Governing Payment of Normal Retirement Benefit While Disability Application Pending. -By Board Attorney Stuart Kaufman 2 Retirement Board Agenda November 16, 2021 MOTION by Mr. Martinez seconded by Mr. Ferrera, as follows: “To approve Administrative Rule Governing Payment of Normal Retirement Benefit While Disability Application Pending.” MOTION carried a 5-0-1 vote with B. Williams, Martinez, Ferrera, Beautelus, and Rosengaus voting “Yes”. Comment made by Mr. Johnson. Item 5 Memo from Saxena White - 220 Demand for KKR. -By Board Attorney Stuart Kaufman No motion was made. Item 6 Discussion and possible approval to pay annual membership dues to FPPTA in the amount of $750.00 for renewal of the 2022 Yearly Active Membership MOTION by Mr. Martinez seconded by Mr. Ferrera, as follows: “To approve to pay annual membership dues to FPPTA in the amount of $750.00 for renewal of the 2022 Yearly Active Membership.” MOTION carried a 5-0-1 vote with B. Williams, Martinez, Ferrera, Beautelus, and Rosengaus voting “Yes”. Williams, Martinez, Ferrera, Beautelus, and Rosengaus voting “Yes”.
