HISTORIC PRESERVATION BOARD SUMMARY AGENDA City Staff: Lisette Perez, Office of the City Clerk Call to Order – Board Vice Chair Katrina Rey called the meeting to order at 6:15 P.M. I. Roll Call- Annie Johnson- Present Paul Pantoja- Absent John Ulloa- Present Katrina Rey- Present Enrique Vargas- Present II. New Business - A. Request permission to approve the minutes of the Historic Preservation Board held on April 4, 2019. APPROVED REPORT: Motion to Approve Item A made by Board Member Ulloa, and seconded by Board Member Vargas. Motion passed 4-0-1 with Board Chairman Pantoja absent. B. Election of Chair and Vice- Chair pursuant to City of Hialeah Code § 2-584(a) to serve for a one year term. TABLED  C. Request permission to approve the street naming of “Carlos Oliva Way”, from West 12th Avenue/NW 67TH Avenue from West 84th Street/NW 138TH Street/State Road 916 to West 82nd Avenue. APPROVED REPORT: Motion to Approve Item C made by Board Member Ulloa, and seconded by Board Member Johnson. Motion passed 3-1-1 with Board Vice Chair Rey voting “No” and Board Chairman Pantoja absent. RESOLUTION NO. 2019-01 D. Request permission to approve the street naming of “Raymond R. Robinson Street”, from West 60th Street from Palm Avenue to West 2nd Avenue. APPROVED REPORT: Motion to Approve Item D made by Board Member Vargas, and seconded by Board Vice Chair Rey. Motion passed 4-0-1 with Board Chairman Pantoja absent. RESOLUTION NO. 2019-02. III. Unfinished Business- NONE IV.
