Call to Order – Board Chair Paul Pantoja called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. I. Roll Call- Annie Johnson - Absent Paul Pantoja- Present John Ulloa- Present Katrina Rey- Present Enrique Vargas- Present II. New Business - A. Request permission to approve the minutes of the Historic Preservation Board held on May 15, 2019. APPROVED REPORT: Motion to Approve Item A made by Board Vice-Chair Rey, and seconded by Board Member Ulloa. Motion passed 4-0-1 with Board Member Johnson absent. B. Election of Chair and Vice- Chair pursuant to City of Hialeah Code § 2-584(a) to serve for a one year term. APPROVED REPORT: Motion to appoint John Ulloa as Board Chair made by Board Member Vargas, and seconded by Board Vice-Chair Rey. Motion passed 4-0-1 with Board Member Johnson absent.  REPORT: Motion to reappoint Katrina Rey as Board Vice-Chair made by Board Member Ulloa, and seconded by Board Member Vargas. Motion passed 4-0-1 with Board Member Johnson absent. C. PROPOSED RESOLUTION REPEALING AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2019-062 THAT NAMED WEST 60TH STREET FROM PALM AVENUE TO WEST 2ND AVENUE AS “RAYMOND R. ROBINSON STREET”. APPROVED REPORT: Motion to Approve Item C made by Board Member Ulloa, and seconded by Board Vice-Chair Rey. Motion passed 4-0-1 with Board Member Johnson absent. III. Unfinished Business- NONE IV. Comments and Questions-  Alviria Harris, 2205 East 16 Avenue, Hialeah, Fl. 33010, addressed the Board with questions on the proper procedure to make a house historic in the City of Hialeah. V.
