MEETING MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD/BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF HIGH BRIDGE BOROUGH Meeting Date: September 11th, 2018 Meeting Time: 7:30 P.M. Meeting Location: High Bridge Borough Hall, 97 West Main St, High Bridge, NJ 08829 1. CALL TO ORDER: This is a regular meeting of the Planning/Zoning Board of the Borough of High Bridge. Adequate notice of this meeting has been given in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act in that a Notice was published in the Hunterdon County Democrat on September 6, 2018 and the notice of and agenda for this meeting were posted on the bulletin board in the Borough Hall. 2. FLAG SALUTE: Led presiding officer. 3. ROLL CALL: P = Present, A=Absent Don Howell, present; Keith Milne, present; John Moskway, present; William Giordano, present, Coleen Conroy, present; Chris Zappa, present; Steve Dhein, present; Mark Desire, present. Also in attendance were the Board alternates; Pablo Delgado, Tom Wescoe, and Mike Darmstadt. Planning Board Secretary, Barbara Kinsky was also present as well as one member of the public, including press. 4. PUBLIC COMMENTS: It is the policy of the Borough Council that all public comments on an issue shall be limited to one (5) minutes per person and no person may make more than one (1) comment per subject. Comments may be made on any subject pertaining to Borough issues. Comments pertaining to Public Hearings should be saved for that section of the agenda. No debating between residents. Comments should be addressed to the Chairman and the Board. NONE Chairman Dhein called for a moment of silence in honor of September 11. He stated appreciation for all first responders. 5. READING AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES: June 25, 2018. Motion to dispense with the reading of prior meetings minutes: Motion: Zappa, Second: Giordano Voice vote: 7 ayes, Desire abstained. Motion passed. Motion to approve the June 25, 2018 meetings minutes: Motion: Zappa, Second: Giordano Voice vote: 7 ayes, Desire abstained. 6. NEW BUSINESS: A. Discussion of meeting dates for the remainder of 2018. Motion to approve Planning Board Resolution PB-08-2018: Meeting Date changes for the remainder of 2018: Zappa; Second: Howell Don Howell, aye; Keith Milne, aye; John Moskway, aye; William Giordano, aye; Coleen Conroy, aye; Chris Zappa, aye; Steve Dhein, aye; Mark Desire, aye. Comments: Move the meetings to the second Tuesday of the month for the remainder of 2018. Looks as if most professionals will be available those days as well. B. Chairman Dhein asked Council to consider the Hunterdon Review as the newspaper that the Borough would use for advertising in the future instead of the Hunterdon Democrat. Mayor Desire stated that this was being considered. 7.
