COMMENTS OF COUNCIL:
Council welcomes CFO Bonnie Fleming to the position of Administrator, and congratulates Councilman Steve
Strange and Councilwoman Lynn Hughes for returning as Council members.
NEW BUSINESS
A. Nomination and Election of Council President – Mayor Lee asks for nominations. Councilwoman Hughes
nominates Councilman Chris Zappa for Council President. Councilwoman Ferry seconds.

A. High Bridge Police Department Rules and Regulations - Police Chief Brett Bartman spoke about the
changes with the occupational agreement added to the Police Department Rules and Regulations for 2020.
