A. Call to Order and Determination of Quorum Mr. Kirkman called the meeting to order and it was determined that a quorum was present. B. Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of the October 24, 2017 Minutes of the Planning and Zoning Commission Mr. Armstrong made a motion to approve the October 24, 2017 minutes of the regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission as presented. Mr. Walsh seconded the motion. The minutes were approved by a vote of 8-0.
