Lynn Smith made a motion to accept Ordinance #138 – Ordinance/resolution of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Highland Haven, Texas Canvassing the Election Returns and Declaring the Results of the Special Bond Election of the City of Highland Haven held on November 4, 2025, on Proposition A and Other Matters in Connection Therewith. The motion was seconded by Terry Nuss.
