Pledge of Allegiance Marvin Filla led the Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Recognize visitors. Visitors present were Tod Holland, Lynn Smith, Greg Bauer, & Linda Bauer 4. Public Comment (At this time, any person with business before the P&Z Commission not scheduled on the agenda may speak to the Commission. No formal action can be taken on these items at this meeting. Public Hearing - Replat Lot #’s 194 & PT of 193, S ½ of 195, & .42 AC, Sec 3, 103 Bluebird Lane, combining two lots into a single lot 194-A Public Hearing for Replat Lot #’s 194 & PT of 193, S ½ of 195, & .42 AC, Sec 3, 103 Bluebird Lane, combining two lots into a single lot 194-A was opened at 3:02 pm. No comments were received during the Public Hearing. Public Hearing was closed at 3:05 pm. Discussion with Possible Action – Replat Lot #’s Lots 194 & PT of 193, S ½ of 195, & .42 AC, Sec 3, 103 Bluebird Lane, combining two lots into a single lot 194-A Motion to recommend approval for the Replat Lot #’s 194 & PT of 193, S ½ of 195, & .42 AC, Sec 3, 103 Bluebird Lane, combining two lots into a single lot 194-A to the Board of Alderman was made by Linda Enderlin, seconded by Connie Smith. Vote 5-0 6. Public Hearing - Replat Lot #’s 133-R & 134-R, 104 E. Pheasant, combining two lots into a single lot 133-R-1 Public Hearing for Replat Lot #’s 133-R & 134-R, 104 E. Pheasant, combining two lots into a single lot 133-R-1 was opened at 3:07 pm.  Mr. Bauer voiced concerns regarding the location of his water well to the property being replated. It was explained to Mr. Bauer that this is a replat of the property only and does not include any permitted building permits that may happen at a later date. Public Hearing was closed at 3:16 pm. Discussion with Possible Action – Replat Lot #’s 133-R & 134-R, 104 E. Pheasant, combining two lots into a single lot 133-R-1 Motion to recommend approval for the Replat Lot #’s 133-R & 134-R, 104 E. Pheasant, combining two lots into a single lot 133-R-1 to the Board of Alderman was made by Jackie Garrow, seconded by Connie Smith. Vote 5-0 INFORMATION ITEMS 7. P&Z Commission Member Comments. 8.
