6. Discussion with Possible Action – Recommendations for P&Z Chairperson
Linda Enderlin volunteered to be the P&Z Chairperson. Motion to appoint Linda Enderlin as
Chairperson made by Debbie Dahlstrom, seconded by Connie Smith.

7. Discussion with Possible Action – Appointment - P&Z Vice-Chairperson
Marvin Filla volunteered to be Vice-Chairperson. Motion to appoint Marvin Filla as P&Z Vice-
Chairperson made by Debbie Dahlstrom, seconded by Linda Enderlin.

8. Discussion with Possible Action – Appointment - P&Z Secretary
Debbie Dahlstrom volunteered to be P&Z Secretary. Motion to appoint Debbie Dahlstrom as
