1. Open meeting and Roll Call to Establish Quorum – Jackie Garrow called the meeting to order
at 6:00 PM.

Linda Ray made a motion to select Jackie Garrow as Chairperson, seconded by John Novak.

Linda Ray made a motion to select Lorinda Peters as Vice Chairperson, seconded by Connie Smith.
Vote 5-0
Connie Smith made a motion to select Linda Ray as Secretary, seconded by Lorinda Peters.
