Approval of February Minutes 2. Open Space Map – Deferred to April Meeting (Conflict with HBAC Meeting) 3. Updates on research on Kayak Launch – Tim  4. Update on Overlook Park – timing on plans – Don 5. Other Business Discussion items 1. February minutes approved 2. Kayak Launch ideas: a) Keep minimal for Phase 1 – basic needs are an area to park, clear access to water, relatively slow current b) Don to provide Doug with relevant block/lots for consideration associated with potential Open Space area meeting the described need c) The goal is to be a service to the town for small craft (kayaks/canoes), not powered boats or trailer launches 3. Overlook Park – with Engineering, update expected for April meeting for review 4. Other business – Don to perform an inventory of trash receptacles at town parks. Laurie noted that Rec Center does not have one at the entrance, which is a detriment to keeping our recreational areas clean. Where needed, Don will connect with Admin and DPW to get these addressed. Update by April meeting.
