Amount to be paid to the Company $2,500.00. b. Motion to (approve/reject/table) Highspire Borough Council Resolution #10 of 2024 appointing Kimberly M. Bradeen to complete the remainder of a five-year term of office on the Highspire Borough Authority. c. Motion to (approve/reject/table) Highspire Borough Council Resolution #11 of 2024 appointing Charles E. Boughter to complete the remainder of a five-year term of office on the Highspire Borough Authority. d. Motion to (approve/reject/table) the updated COSTARS proposal from Houck Services, Inc. for installation of the NFC Outdoor Fitness Center 38’X38’ concrete pad and adjoining sidewalk in Memorial Park. Total amount of the project is $53,710.00 which will be paid out of the ARPA PLGIT Account. e. Motion to (approve/reject/table) Highspire Borough Ordinance #653 of 2024, authorizing and directing the incurrence of lease rental debt in the principal amount of two million two hundred thousand dollars ($2,200,000.00) pursuant to the Act of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, 3 PA.C.S. Chapters 80-82, as amended, known as the Local Government Unit Debt Act. f. Motion to (approve/reject/table) the publication of Highspire Borough Ordinance #654 of 2024 amending Chapter 15 of the Codified Ordinances of the Borough of Highspire, providing for the removal of a handicapped-only parking space and the establishment of a new handicapped-only parking space at 640 Eshelman Street Highspire, Pa. g. Motion to (approve/reject/table) the publication of Highspire Borough Ordinance #655 of 2024 amending Chapter 15 of the Codified Ordinances of the Borough of Highspire with the addition of stop intersections and setting an effective date. h. Motion to (approve/reject/table) the placement of E-One pumper lease payments received from Citizens’ Fire Company #1 of Highspire into the Fire Equipment Escrow PLGIT account for the future purchase of a new fire truck. i. Motion to (approve/reject/table) the bid proposal from Mid-State Paving, LLC. for the 2022/2023 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Eshelman Street Phase 2 and Hanover Street Roadway Projects (Project No. 03935000216). Rettew Associates, Inc. has reviewed the proposal and recommends the project be awarded to Mid-State Paving, LLC. Total amount of the bid is $221,548.50. Page | 3 17.
