Motion to (approve/reject/table) the COSTARS proposal from Dynamic Resources, Inc. for the installation of the NFC Outdoor Fitness Court©. Total Cost of the installation will be $25,000.00 which will be paid out of the American Rescue Plan PLGIT account. 16. New Business a. Motion to direct staff to release the May, 2024 contribution to the Citizens Fire Company #1 of Highspire as indicated in the 2024 General Fund Budget (411.500). Amount to be paid to the Company $2,500.00. b. Motion to (approve/reject/table) the Pave-Over Agreement between Norfolk Southern Railway Company and the Borough of Highspire to pave over the Norflok Southern railway crossings at Race Street and Lumber Street and the removal of the crossing at Commerce Street. c. Motion to (approve/reject/table) the Consent Order of Court and Settlement Agreement & General Release of Claims between the Borough of Highspire and Lower Swatara Township. 17.
