a. Motion to direct staff to release the April, 2025 contribution to the Citizens Fire
Company #1 of Highspire as indicated in the 2025 General Fund Budget (411.500).
Amount to be paid to the Company $3,500.00.
b. Motion to (approve/reject/table) the successful completion of the One (1) year
employment probation period for Highspire Police Officer James V. Nguyen. Officer
Nguyen’s probation period concludes on April 16, 2025.
c. Motion to (approve/reject/table) the distribution of surplus funds from the 2024
Sewer O&M Budget. Based on calculations by Boyer and Ritter, the total amount of the
surplus is $114,190.00, with Lower Swatara Twp. receiving $69,479.00 and the Borough
of Highspire receiving $44.711.
