Special City Council Meeting

HILLSBORO WISCONSIN SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MINUTES Tuesday October 8, 2024 The Common Council Meeting was called to order by Mayor Greg Kubarski on Tuesday October 8, 2024, at 8:00 PM. Mayor Kubarski asked for affirmation of proper public notice to which City Administrator Josh Finch confirmed the meeting did receive proper public notice. Roll call was taken with Alderpersons Leanne Beyer, Mark Lankey, Darrow Novy, Liz Parish, Randy Seeley, Pat Moen, and Rick Hanke present. Tom Hotek was absent. Others in attendance were: City Administrator Joshua Finch, Administrative Associate Sara McDonald, Police Chief Patrick Clark, Hillsboro Sentry Editor Nicolette Nauman, Jacqueline Pysarenko of the Hiflsboro Public Library, Mike Burch from Hillsboro Streets Department, and Citizen Alex McDonough. Motion by Beyer, seconded by Moen to approve Resolution 14-2024-Kaliber Properties LLC’s WEDC CDI Project, Childcare as provided. Motion carried with no dissent. Motion by Hanke, seconded by Beyer to approve Resolution 15-2024- Road Work Borrowing as provided. Motion carried with no dissent. Motion by Hanke, seconded by Lankey to approve Rights of Refusal and Other Covenants-603 Enterprise as proposed. Motion carried with no dissent. Motion by Lankey, seconded by Hanke to approve Purchase and Development Agreement RE: Kaliber Properties LLC, 603 Enterprise Drive as agreement proposed. Motion carried with no dissent.
