Village Board Meeting Minutes of September 14, 2020 Present: Mayor Lee, Trustees Zabelny, Fay, Fowler, Speer, DPW Superintendent, Keith Brown, Deputy Clerk, Amy Harter Guests: Chad McManus and Jeff Pearce Mayor Lee called the meeting to order with the pledge of allegiance and a moment of silence. Interviews Employment interviews took place with Chad McManus and Jeff Pearce. They each left after their interview. Items for Discussion Resolution to offer the mechanic apprentice position to Nick Mucci with an increase of $1.50 per hour to start, after schooling and training, raises will be given based on skill level and training after a six month review for three years. Motion made by Trustee Fowler, seconded by Trustee Fay. Carried unanimously, 5-0. Resolution to offer the position of Assistant Superintendent to Jeff Pearce with an increase of $3.37 per hour ($7,010 annually); this is a salary position. Motion made by Trustee Fay, seconded by Trustee Fowler. Carried unanimously, 5-0. Resolution to offer the Senior Motor Equipment Operator position to chad McManus with an increase of $1.00 per hour. Motion made by Trustee Fowler, seconded by Trustee Zabelny. Carried unanimously, 5-0. Adjournment Motion to adjourn at 5:45 p.m. made by Trustee Fay, seconded by Trustee Fowler.
