Village Board Meeting Minutes April 12, 2022 Present: Mayor Lee, Trustees Zabelny and Fowler Village Manager/Clerk Shari Wilson Pearce Deputy Clerk Amy Harter Absent: Trustee Farrell and Trustee Speer Mayor Lee called the Village Board meeting to order with the Pledge of Allegiance followed by a moment of silence. The meeting was held in person and via Zoom. Public Hearing Mayor Lee opened the public hearing to approve the proposed budget for fiscal year 2022-2023 at 5:00 p.m. There being no one from the public present, Mayor Lee promptly closed the public hearing. Resolution to adopt the annual budget for fiscal year 2022-2023. The tax rate will be 2.61/per thousand. Total budget amount as follows: Motion made by Trustee Zabelny, seconded by Trustee Fowler. Carried unanimously 3-0. General $ 3,286,824.00 Water $ 614,772.00 Sewer $ 403,123.00 Capital $ 0.00 Total $ 4,304,718.00 Adjournment There being no further business, Trustee Zabelny made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:04 p.m., seconded by Trustee Fowler.
