Village Board Annual Meeting Minutes of April 1, 2025 Approved Present: Mayor Lee, Trustees Fowler, Speer Village Manager Shari Pearce Treasurer, Maryalice Edwards DPW Supt Jeff Pearce Code Enforcement Officer Mark Mazzucco Fire Marshal Ron Bragg Deputy Clerk Amy Harter Absent: Trustee Zabelny Guests Linda Viney, Debbie Hebing, Michael Sengillo Mayor Lee called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance and a moment of silence. The meeting was held in the Board Room and was available on Zoom. Tom Venniro reported their summer programing is now open. The Bark Yard dog park will have a Grand Opening in May at the Town Park. All dogs must be registered with the Monroe County Dog Park System annually. The splash pad is being prepped and will be open sometime in June. Code Enforcement Mark Mazzucco provided an update on current code complaints. The Zoning Board of Appeals approved a smoothie shop at 20 East Avenue. An application for Dunkin, 144 South Avenue, is on the April agenda for the ZBA. This is expected to bring a large response from residents and will be held in the Ingham Room. Mark is working with the Parma dog control officer regarding a resident with eight dogs in the Rolling Meadow subdivision. New York State has issued a burn ban through May 14th. Small backyard fires are permitted.
