Village Board Meeting Minutes April 27, 2026 Present: Mayor Fowler, Trustees Attoma, Brower, Zabelny Manager Shari Pearce Absent: Trustee Farell Guests: Dan Verace Roll Call: Mayor Fowler confirmed all were in attendance other than Trustee Farell. Mayor Fowler called an executive session at 5:45 p.m., seconded by Trustee Zabelny. Carried 4- 0. Trustee Attoma made a motion at 6:30 to exit out of executive session, seconded by Trustee Zabelny. Carried 4-0. Mayor Fowler made a motion to offer the position of DPW Superintendent of Public Works to Dan Verace at a salary of $110,000; vacation to be negotiated by the mayor and applicant. Tentative start date of June 1, 2026. Seconded by Trustee Zabelny, caried 4-0. Motion to adjourn at 6:47 p.m. made by Trustee Attoma, seconded by Trustee Brower. Carried 4-0.
