Village Board Annual Meeting Minutes June 25, 2026 Present: Mayor Fowler, Trustees Attoma, Trustee Brower Manager Shari Pearce Absent: Trustee Farrell, Trustee Zabelny Guests: Todd Furgeson, Debbie Hebing This meeting was held in the Board Room and was available via Zoom. The meeting was called to order by the Mayor with the Pledge of Allegiance and a Moment of Silence. Legal Posting Confirmation: The Clerk certified that all postings were completed per guidelines. Roll Call: Mayor Fowler confirmed three Trustees were in attendance. Public Comment Debbie Hebing, 315 Parma View, asked about the status of the Providence Housing concerns that were brought up at the last meeting. Mayor Fowler stated he has met with the Executive Director and they assured the mayor they are working on all the issues. Action items • Resolution was made by Mayor Fowler to authorize the Village Manager/Clerk to bind coverage with NYMIR for the 2026-27 liability insurance for a cost of $ 92,631.53, seconded by Trustee Attoma, carried 3-0. • Resolution to authorize the Mayor to sign a Intermunicipal Agreement for the Greece Special Police to aid in traffic control for the 2026 Hilton-Parma Fire Department’s Carnival. Motion was made by Trustee Attoma, seconded by Trustee Brower, carried 3-0. Discussion There was a general discussion on the Request For Propopals for the ambulance district. Town Councilman, Todd Furgerson, stated the next step is to have the committee meet to discuss the results from the proposals.
