ABSENT: Tim Burkhardt. STAFF PRESENT: Administrative Assistant Kristy Hosler. OTHERS PRESENT: None. 1. Call to Order-Pledge of Allegiance Zeman called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. and led the Council in the pledge of allegiance. 2. Approve Agenda Motion made by Hopkins, Seconded by Frank, to approve the agenda as presented. Voting Yea: Mayor Zeman, Frank, Hopkins, Scharpnick. Motion carried 4-0. 3. New Business A. Hinckley Chamber Events- Excluded Bingo- May 9 & September 13, 2025 Motion made by Scharpnick, Seconded by Hopkins, to approve the Hinckley Chamber Events, Excluded Bingo for May 9, 2025, and September 13, 2025. Voting Yea: Mayor Zeman, Frank, Hopkins, Scharpnick. Motion carried 4-0. 4. Presentation of Petitions, Complaints, and Requests (3 minutes each)- None received. 5. Adjournment Motion made by Frank, Seconded by Scharpnick, to adjourn the meeting at 9:01 a.m. Voting Yea: Mayor Zeman, Frank, Hopkins, Scharpnick. Motion carried 4-0.
