City of Hobart Board Of Park Commissioners Minutes Work Session Meeting of June 3, 2013 Mrs. Sills called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. Members present: Mrs. Charlotte Sills, Mr. John Hevel, Mr. Tom Ehrhardt, and Mr. Sergio Mendoza. Also present were Council Representative Mr. Lino Maggio, Park Superintendent Mr. John Mitchell, and Secretary Mrs. Karen Erler-Watson. Items discussed:  Park Calendar of events  Use of facilities  Employees job descriptions  Signage  Forms for Agenda requests  Locks on cupboard doors in the Community Center Mr. Hevel made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mr. Ehrhardt. All aye, motion carried. (4-0).
