NOTICE OF JOINT EXECUTIVE SESSION The City of Hobart Board of Public Works and Safety and the City of Hobart Redevelopment Commission will meet in joint executive session on Monday, November 4, 2013 at 8:00 a.m. in the Council Chamber, Hobart City Hall, Second Floor, 414 Main Street, Hobart, Indiana 46342. The Executive session is called for the following purpose and no other: --For discussion of strategy with respect to initiation of litigation as authorized by I.C. § 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(2)(B). The executive session will be followed by a public meeting of the Hobart 61st Avenue Joint Governing Commission at 8:45 a.m. and a public meeting of the Hobart Redevelopment Commission at 9:00 a.m., both meetings to be held in the Council Chamber identified above.
