MEMORANDUM OF THE EXECUTIVE SESSION of the CITY OF HOBART BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY Hobart City Hall, 414 Main Street, Mayor’s Office OCTOBER 2, 2015 at 2:50 P.M. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Brian Snedecor called the Executive Session to Order at 2:50 p.m. at the conclusion of the Special Meeting of the Board. ROLL CALL: Board of Public Works and Safety Members: Mr. Lain, Mr. Ehrhardt, Mayor Snedecor Also present: Hearing Officer James Meyer, Clerk-Treasurer Deborah Longer The topics discussed in the October 2, 2015 Executive Session were limited to discussion with respect to an individual over whom the governing body has jurisdiction to receive information concerning the individual’s alleged misconduct; and to discuss, before a determination, the individual’s status as an employee as authorized by I.C. §5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6).
