MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOBART CIVIL FIRE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HOBART HELD JUNE 11 , 2013 Call to Order: Mr. Pouch called the meeting to order at 6:01 PM, followed by the pledge of allegiance. Roll Call: The following members were present: Mr. Pouch, and Mr. Donsbach. Mr. Drobac was absent. Also present was Secretary Karen Erler-Watson. Approval of the Agenda : Mr. Donsbach made a motion to approve the agenda as presented, seconded by Mr. Pouch. All aye, motion carried. (2-0) Minutes : Mr. Donsbach made a motion to accept the minutes from May 14, 2013, as presented, seconded by Mr. Pouch. All aye, motion carried. (2-0) Correspondence: None New Business: Mr. Pouch stated that the Fire Department is down four firefighters as of June 30, 2013. Old Business : Rule Changes: Mr. Donsbach did not submit the changes as of yet. He asked to have this item postponed another month. Mr. Pouch agreed. Mr. Pouch reported that the Lieutenant’s exam is scheduled for Saturday, June 15, 2013. He will confirm with Mr. Worosz. Adjournment: Mr. Donsbach made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mr. Pouch. All aye, motion carried.
