MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOBART CIVIL FIRE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HOBART HELD DECEMBER 10 , 2013 Call to Order: Mr. Drobac called the meeting to order at 6:01 PM, followed by the pledge of allegiance. Roll Call: The following members were present: Mr. Drobac, Mr. Pouch, and Mr. Donsbach Also present was Secretary Karen Erler-Watson. Approval of the Agenda : Mr. Pouch made a motion to approve the agenda as presented, seconded by Mr. Donsbach. All aye, motion carried All aye, motion carried. (3-0) Minutes : Mr. Pouch made a motion to approve the minutes from November as presented, seconded by Mr. Donsbach. All aye, motion carried. (3-0) Correspondence: None New Business: None Old Business : Rule Changes: There was a discussion on the review of the rule changes. Mr. Donsbach stated that there was a small error on the scoring process. The document will be ready to submit for legal review by December’s meeting date. Adjournment: Mr. Donsbach made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mr. Pouch. All aye, motion carried.
