MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOBART CIVIL FIRE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HOBART HELD JUNE 10TH , 2014 Call to Order: Mr. Pouch called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM, followed by the pledge of allegiance. Roll Call: The following members were present: Mr. Pouch, Mr. Drobac and Mr. Donsbach. Also present was Karen Erler-Watson. Approval of the Agenda : Mr. Pouch made a motion to approve the agenda as presented, seconded by Mr. Donsbach. All aye, motion carried All aye, motion carried. (3-0) Minutes : Mr. Pouch made a motion to approve the minutes from March 2014, as presented, seconded by Mr. Donsbach. All aye, motion carried. (3-0) Correspondence: Mr. Donsbach reported that the rule changes had been emailed to Attorney Mindel. New Business: None Old Business : Mr. Pouch reported that the Pension Board finalized four of the new hires. There are two with remaining issues down state. A decision on a new Chief should be made by the end of the month. Adjournment: Mr. Donsbach made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mr. Pouch. All aye, motion carried.
