MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE HOBART CIVIL FIRE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF HOBART HELD SEPTEMBER 8, 2015 Call to Order: Mr. Pouch called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m., followed by the pledge of allegiance. Roll Call: The following members were present: Mr. Smith and Mr. Pouch. Also present were Fire Chief Kerr. Mr. Drobac was absent. Approval of the Agenda: Mr. Smith made a motion to approve the agenda, seconded by Mr. Pouch. All aye, motion carried. (2-0) Minutes: Mr. Smith made a motion to accept the minutes from the Commission's meeting of August 11, 2015 as presented, seconded by Mr. Pouch. Mr. Smith had a question about the holdover rule elimination from last month. Mr. Pouch explained what had occurred. All aye, motion carried. (2-0) Correspondence: There was no correspondence. New Business: There was no new business Old Business: A brief discussion was held on the distribution of the updated Rules and Regulations. Adjournment: Mr. Smith made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mr. Pouch. All aye, motion carried.
