Public Hearing regarding the Hickory Hollow Residential MAYORAL APPOINTMENT: Housing Development Program: Public hearing on the proposed Ex Officio School establishment of the Hickory Hollow Economic Development Area and the Board Representative: designation of the Hickory Hollow TIF Allocation Area, as initially Stuart Schultz, School approved by the Commission via Declaratory Resolution No. 2026-09A. City of Hobart 2. Consideration of Resolution No. 2026-11: A Confirmatory Resolution of the Hobart Redevelopment Commission confirming the Declaratory Term for all Resolution which established and designated the Hickory Hollow Economic appointments: 1 year 1/1/2026– Development Area and the Hickory Hollow TIF Allocation Area. 12/31/2026 3. Consideration of Resolution No. 2026-12: A Resolution pledging certain tax increment revenues from the Hickory Hollow Economic Development Area to the payment of Taxable Economic Development Tax Increment Revenue Bonds for the Hickory Hollow Residential Project. 4.
