This form is also REQUIRED to speak via phone at the Board meeting. Speaker registration and comments shall be submitted by 6:00 PM on Monday, March 8, 2021. Supporting documents may be attached. Registered speakers via phone shall be available during meeting times. Three contact attempts will be made.
