NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING HOLLYWOOD PARK DEER COMMITTEE MONDAY, JANUARY 10, 2022, AT 5:30 P.M. 2 MECCA DRIVE, HOLLYWOOD PARK, TEXAS 78232 The Town of Hollywood Park Deer Committee shall hold an in-person meeting on the above listed date and time. The Town will continue to use the CDC’s social distancing guidelines, which will reduce the capacity level allowed within Town Hall during the meeting. Members of the public wishing to watch and listen to the meeting may do so through our city website under the “watch our meetings” tab. This meeting will also be recorded and posted on the town’s YouTube channel. Any resident who would like to comment on any of the topics listed on the agenda, please either attend the meeting and sign up for citizen comments or submit your comment(s) via email to paten@hollywoodpark-tx.gov no later than two (2) hours prior to the start of the meeting. Please include your name, address, item number you are commenting on along with your comment. Your comment(s) may be read to the committee during the topic and will be provided to the committee. Review and discuss the status of Texas Parks & Wildlife’s new developments on Chronic Waste Disease, Chronic Waste Disease samples, and issues related thereto. C. Review and discuss the results of the 2021 Fall Deer Count and issues related thereto. D. Review and discuss and take possible action on 2021-2022 Trapping Season and issues related thereto. E. Attendance by other elected or appointed officials: it is anticipated that members of the city council, or other city board, commissions and/or committees may attend the meeting in numbers that may constitute a quorum of the other city boards, commissions and/or committees. Notice is hereby given that the meeting, to the extent required by law, is also noticed as a meeting of the other boards, commissions and/or committees of the city, whose members may be in attendance. The members of the boards, commissions and/or committees may participate in discussions on the same items listed on the agenda, which occur at the meeting, but no action will be taken by such in attendance unless such item and action is specifically provided for on an agenda for that board, commission, or committee subject to the Texas Open Meetings Act.
