The meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. Formal action will be taken at this meeting. The following application(s) are scheduled to be heard: PB # 2025-G 23 Main Street Urban Renewal, LLC (the “Applicant”), has applied to the Board for the property located at 23 Main Street, Holmdel, New Jersey, Block 13, Lot 15, which is the former Vonage Headquarters (the “Property”), and which is owned by 23 Main Street Propco, LLC, an affiliate of the Applicant, for Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision, Preliminary Major Site Plan, and Final Major Site Plan for Phase I, known as Azura at Holmdel.
