Public notice will be available on the Township website starting March 1, 2026, in compliance with P.L. 2025 c. 72 ZB Reorganization January 7, 2026 Post – Lobby/Website Memorializing Resolution None Public Hearing Item # 1 ZBA2024-5 St. Mina Coptic Orthodox Church, 134 State Highway 34, Block 17, Lot 12 R40B Zone Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan, Bulk C Variances, D (1) Use Variance Applicant seeks Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval to construct a recreational facility. The recreational facility is not permitted for use in the zone and may require a D (1) use variance. The new facility will support the existing church by providing parishioners with a multipurpose gymnasium, meeting spaces, and classrooms. The existing sports field will be upgraded and enlarged.
