The applicant is requesting a variance for the installation of a rear paver patio around the pool, located approximately (1) foot off the property line, and increasing lot coverage by exceeding 30%. Said premises are also known as Block 17, Lot 3 in Holmdel, New Jersey, and are located within the R-40B Zoning District. The applicant is seeking Preliminary and Final Site Plan with Use and Bulk Variance approval to convert the residential dwelling into a private outdoor learning center & daycare, which are not permitted uses in with R-40B Zone. The applicant also proposes to construct an additional parking area and driveway. The second floor of the building will be used to store clothing and supplies for the nonprofit Village Foster Closet.
