Claims List: Consider a motion to approve the Claims List of Tuesday, January 14, 2025 in the amount of $1,123,919.41. 7. Resolution R-3209 Retirement/Craig Sline: Pass a resolution honoring Sergeant Craig Sline on his retirement from the Police Department. 8. Oaths of Office: The Village Clerk will administer the oath of office to: A. Officer Luis Acosta for the position of Police Officer in the Police Department. B. Officer Seth Bell for the position of Police Officer in the Police Department. C. Officer Anthony Burton for the position of Police Officer in the Police Department. D. Omnibus Vote: Consider a motion to pass, approve, authorize, accept, or award the following item(s):  A. Annual Report/Beautification Committee: Accept the 2024 Annual Report of the Beautification Committee. B. Annual Report/Tree Committee: Accept the 2024 Annual Report of the Tree Committee. C. Approve the reappointment of Valerie Warnsby to the Economic Development Committee for a two-year term ending on January 14, 2027. D. MC-1085/Increase of Tobacco Licenses/3154 183rd Street: Pass an ordinance increasing the number of Class 1 tobacco licenses by one (1) for Hare Krishna Ventures Inc. located at 3154 183rd Street. E. M-2330/Harwood TOD Tax Increment Financing: Pass an ordinance convening a joint review board and calling a public hearing for the proposed Harwood TOD TIF Redevelopment Project Area Plan, the designation of the Harwood TOD TIF Redevelopment Project Area, and the adoption of tax increment allocation funding. F. M-2331/Variance/18148 Perth Avenue: Pass an ordinance granting a variance for 18148 Perth Avenue to allow a second driveway on Stewart Avenue application by Ruth Fulwiley in the R-2 single-family residential zoning district, subject to the following condition: Construction plans must meet all the requirements of the Homewood building codes and ordinances as approved by the Homewood Building Division. G. M-2332/Plat of Subdivision/Wind Creek: Pass an ordinance approving the Final Plat of Wind Creek Subdivision attached to the ordinance as Exhibit B. H. Mutual Aid Agreement Amendment/MABAS 24: Approve an amended MABAS 24 master agreement to allow the addition of the Village of Matteson, Village of Richton Park, and Village of Park Forest to MABAS 24. I. M-2333/Sale of Surplus Property/Ambulance: Approve an ordinance authorizing the Village Manager to sell surplus property, identified as a 2003 Ford ambulance, to the Village of Hazel Crest for one dollar ($1.00). J. M-2334/Sale of Surplus Property/Vehicles and Equipment: Pass an ordinance authorizing the Village Manager to sell or dispose of surplus equipment and personal property. 12. New Business: M-2335/Presentation/Purchase Agreement/Fire Engine: Pass an ordinance waiving competitive bid requirements due to standardization of equipment; and, approving a purchase agreement for one (1) Pierce Enforcer Fire Engine in the amount of $1,385,000 through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (HGAC) Consortium to be delivered in 2029. 13.
