CITY OF HORICON PERSONNEL & FINANCE DECEMBER 18, 2013 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in Special Session with Chairperson Hady presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. Members present: Susan Hady and Dwight Plautz. Members absent and excused: Matt Wieneke. Others in attendance: Mayor Neitzel. Motion by Hady, second by Plautz, to approve a 2% per employee for Employee Compensation Non Represented City employees which also Includes: Crossing Guard, Court Judge, EMS Call Compensation & Fire Calls, Election Inspector, Chief Inspector, Lieutenant position after completing satisfactory probationary period 1 year as of August 1 st, 2014. All voting AYE. Motion Carried. Motion made by Hady, second by Plautz, to approve City Clerk-Treasurer the third anniversary raise effective January 1st, 2014 of $4,780.83. All voting AYE.
