CITY OF HORICON PERSONNEL & FINANCE November 16, 2018 The Personnel & Finance Committee met in Regular Session with Chairperson Hady presiding. The meeting was called to order at 6:02 p.m. Members Present: Susan Hady and Don Miller. Members Absent: Forest Frami. Public Appearances: None Motion by Hady, second by Miller, to approve the Strand Associates, Inc. contract for Waste Water Treatment Plant Improvements (WWTP) in the amount of $19,000. Motion by Hady, second by Miller, to approve the October 2018 Payables in the amount of $267,685.65. All voting Aye. Motion Carried. Next Personnel & Finance Meeting is set for December 17, 2018 at 6:00 pm at the City Hall. Non-Action Discussion: Dave Magnussen talked about the job posting for Equipment Operator for the DPW; put postings in different venues, such as – Great 98, Fond du Lac & Mayville.
